A Chicago man who used the word “erectile dysfunction” to describe a sexual disorder has been sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to serve two years of probation, federal prosecutors said Thursday.
Steven James Gaskins, 21, was found guilty May 7 of conspiracy to traffic in counterfeit goods, failure to disclose drug usage and failure to report a suspicious package to his personal assistant, U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE).
